Three Vehicle Accident, 5 Hospitalized, LIVINGSTON, December 1, 2016 - At approximately 5:45 pm on December 1, 2016, a three vehicle accident occurred in the 1820 block of West Church Street (across the street from Livingston Tractor Supply). A gray 2013 Toyota Corolla, driven by Heather Duncan, 22, of Livingston, was east-bound on West Church and slammed into the back of blue 1998 Mercury Zephyr, driven by Lester Durham, 61, of Livingston. The impact pushed Durham's vehicle into the back of a green 2001 Chevy 1500, driven by Keith Askebon, 17, of Livingston. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Livingston Volunteer Fire Department and Officers Chad Lilley, Sergeant Darrell Newman, and Brandon Brewer with Livingston Police Department. Lester Durham was transported by Ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Heather Duncan and her two small children were transported to CHI by private vehicle, and Keith Askebon was physically okay. Traffic on the east-bound side of 190 was blocked during investigation and cleanup. Duncan was cited for following too closely to another vehicle. A rollback wrecker from LakeView Wrecker recovered Duancan's and Durham's vehicles and they'll be stored in Livingston. Askebon's vehicle was driven from the scene.

Durham's vehicle was sandwiched.
Durham was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.
Duncan was transported to CHI (with her small children) by private vehicle.
Duncan and Durham's vehicles were recovered by LakeView Wrecker Service.
