Livingston 15 Year Old Killed in 4 Wheeler Accident, LIVINGSTON, November 15, 2021 - At approximately 2:58 pm On Saturday, November 13, 2021, Officers with the Livingston Police Department were dispatched to the end of Ponderosa Lane (next to the rodeo arena) in reference to an ATV accident. When Officers arrived, they located a witness at the scene who told them that a 16-year-old male was operating a Can-Am Maverick in an open field at the end of Ponderosa Lane and lost control of the ATV causing it to flip onto its side, pinning the 15-year-old, of Livingston, underneath. The minor died at the scene. Justice of the Peace Sarah Rasberry was summoned to the scene and performed an inquest. At time of press (4 pm, Nov. 15) this accident remains under investigation by the Livingston Police Department.
