Dennis Beagels' Kenworth tractor/trailer turned over when his load shifted on a left turn.
18 Wheeler Turns Over on Business 59, LIVINGSTON, November 10, 2010 - At approximately 6:50 pm on November 9, 2010, an 18 wheeler hauling a large load of steel beams turned over on its side when the driver apparently took a turn to quickly causing the load to shift.  Dennis Beagels, 55, of Splendora, attempted to turn left off South Washington onto Pan American Drive.  Beagels allegedly turned to quickly causing the load to shift.  The weight of the heavy steel pulled the flat bed trailer and the Kenworth diesel over on their sides.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department and Officers Adam Williford and Kevin Ward with the Livingston Police Department.  Dennis Beagels was removed from the turned over rig and treated at the scene by EMS Personnel from Americare Ambulance Service.  Beagels was complaining of pain on the left side of his body.  Heavy equipment and a heavy duty wrecker was sent for to clean up the mess.  No citations have yet been issued as the accident remains under investigation by the Livingston Police Department.

Special thank you:  Ken from Ken's Towing and JT822.
The rig turned over on the shoulder of Business 59 (south bound) by Livingston Feed.
Officer Adam Williford with the Livingston Police Department is the Investigating Officer.
