Intoxicated Driver Rolls SUV, Pills Suspected, LIVINGSTON, November 4, 2010 - At approximately 3:45 pm on November 4, 2010, a green 1996 Ford Explorer driven by Kenneth Ray Clark, 44, of Tomball was south-bound on FM-3126 near Pinehurst Drive. Clark entered a curve too fast and lost control of his vehicle over correcting to the left, then to the right, then rolled his vehicle. Clark's vehicle came to rest on its side in the middle of 3126. Clark and his passenger, Bradley Hugh Wesley, Jr., crawled from the wreckage and onto the grass to wait for emergency personnel. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department, Deputy Brent Foster and DPS Trooper Darwon Evans. Emergency personnel treated Clark and Wesley at the scene then transported them to Livingston Memorial Hospital by ambulance with undisclosed injuries. All traffic on 3126 was blocked during investigation and cleanup. Clark has been charged with suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Clark was yelling incoherent statements as he was laying in the grass, the statements didn't make sense. A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered the SUV and it will be stored at Pollock's Body Shop in Livingston.
