2 Hospitalized From Accident, LIVINGSTON, November 2, 2016 - At approximately 10 am on November 2, 2016, a 2001 Chevy Suburban (Company truck for Sheryl's Flowers & Gifts) driven by Terry McClain, 55, of Livingston, was west-bound on West Church Street (next to CVS). McClain's vehicle was slammed in the front fender passenger's side by a white 2003 Ford F-150, driven by Terry Nelson Fuller, 66, of Livingston. Fuller pulled out of the parking lot of CVS and attempted to enter the east-bound lanes of West Church, but failed to yield to McClain. Both vehicles came to rest in the west-bound lanes of West Church. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department Heavy Rescue Unit and Officers Scott Paske and Kaleb Barker with the Livingston Police Department. Both McClain and Fuller were transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Traffic on West Church was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup.
