Tyler Stutts' Jeep Cherokee rolled and came to rest upright at the crossover of 190 W. and 350 S.
Driver Strikes Other Vehicle and Rolls His Vehicle, Intoxication Suspected, LIVINGSTON, October 28, 2013 - At approximately 12:20 pm on October 28, 2013, a white Jeep Cherokee driven by Tyler Stutts, 26, of Livingston, was west-bound on US-190 West.  According to multiple witnesses, Stutts was driving erratically and left the road to the right, then he overcorrected to the left and slammed into a black Kia Soul driven by Shelby Deal, 28, of Livingston.  Deal was sitting at a red light in the west-bound lanes of 190 at 350.  The collision caused Stutts' vehicle to roll.  His vehicle came to rest upright at the crossover point of 350 South and 190 (beside Backyard Oasis).  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Officers Kevin Ward and Scott Paske, both with the Livingston Police Department.  Stutts was treated at the scene and transported by ambulance to Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.  Intoxication (on Tyler Stutts' part) is suspected in this accident.  Stutts will be cited for multiple traffic violations and, pending tests, may be facing the charge of driving while intoxicated.  Both vehicles were recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Pollock's Body Shop in Livingston.  The scene was cleared by 1 pm.
