68 year old Frankie Lee Lusk of Goodrich rolled his 2007 Chevy pickup.
Driver Rolls Pickup, Alcohol Suspected, GOODRICH, October 27, 2013 - At approximately 6:40 pm on October 26, 2013, a white 2007 Chevy Z71 driven by Frankie Lee Lusk, 68, of Goodrich, was south-bound on US-59 in the area of Goodrich. Lusk's vehicle suddenly swerved right, Lusk over corrected back left and left the pavement into the grassy median where his pickup rolled, coming to rest upside down. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Goodrich Volunteer Fire Department and Livingston Volunteer Fire Department Heavy Rescue Unit, Sergeant Lee Rogers and Robert Green with the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Trooper Kevin Burman with the Texas Highway Patrol. Lusk was trapped in his vehicle. Emergency personnel pulled Lusk from his vehicle and transported him by Ambulance to Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. According to investigating officer, Trooper Kevin Burman, alcohol is suspected. Pending test results, Lusk is facing a possible charge of driving while intoxicated. A rollback wrecker from Fawbush Wrecker Service recovered Lusk's vehicle and it will be stored in Goodrich.

Lusk was transported by ambulance to Livingston Memorial Hospital.
Lusk's vehicle was turned upright and recovered by Fawbush Wrecker Service.
