29 year old Johnathan Richard Roberts, of Cleveland, entered a U-turn underpass too fast at the north end of the Livingston bipass causing his load to shift, and his truck turned over.

Logging Truck Turns Over, LIVINGSTON, October 21, 2025 - Just minutes after 8 am on October 21, 2025, the driver of a loaded 18 wheeler logging truck was north-bound on the 59 feeder when he entered the U-turn underpass on the north end of the 59 bypass. The driver, Johnathan Richard Roberts, 29, of Cleveland, entered the curve too fast as Roberts was coming out of the turn, his load shifted and the truck turned over. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with The Livingston Volunteer Fire Department, and Officer Scott Paske with The Livingston Police Department. Paske was assisted by a number of other Officers with Livingston PD. Roberts was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Roberts is facing a citation for failure to maintain a single marked lane. A heavy-duty wrecker from Smith Towing was summoned to clean up the mess.
