The Jeep was pulling an old travel trailer.
Failure to Yield Causes Broad Side Accident, LIVINGSTON, October 15, 2010 - Shortly after 2 pm on October 15, 2010, a silver Toyota Tacoma driven by Rodney Pritchett, 53, of Cold Spring, was north-bound on US-146 in Livingston when he attempted to cross over Business 59 and failed to yield right-of-way to an oncoming south-bound silver Jeep Liberty driven by Robert Gray, 69, of Livingston.  The collision sent both vehicle off to the shoulder of Business 59 at 146.  The Livingston Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to the scene along with Americare Ambulance Service and Officer Ashley Early the Livingston Police Department.  All parties were physically okay and refused medical treatment.  Pritchett was issued a citation for failure to yield right-of-way at an intersection.  Both parties had insurance.  Both vehicles were recovered by Harwood Wrecker Service and both will be stored at Bounds Autoplex in Livingston.  The scene was cleared shortly after 3 pm.

The small truck failed to yield to the Jeep and was broadsided.
The driver of the Toyota was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at an intersection.
Robert Gray (wearing hat) was almost home from an Alaskan trip.
All vehicle occupants including this dog were physically okay.
Vehicle Recovery Specialist Jim Harwood recovered both vehicles.
