Accident Hospitalizes 1, SODA, October 11, 2019 - At approximately 9:45 am on October 11, 2019, a silver 2006 Ford Focus, driven by Larry Snodgrass, 39, of Livingston, was east-bound on US-190 East.  As Snodgrass was approaching Richardson Road East, a silver 2010 Chevy Equinox, driven by Etta Smith, 86, of Livingston pulled off of Richardson Road directly in front of Snodgrass.  Snodgrass' vehicle impacted Smith's.  Both vehicles came to rest on the pavement of the east-bound side.  Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Alabama Coushatta Police Department and Corporal Ramey Bass with the Texas Highway Patrol.  Smith was transported to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  Traffic on the east-bound side of 190 was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup.  Smith was cited for failure to yield.  Both vehicles were recovered by LakeView Towing and will be stored in Livingston.

39 year old Larry Snodgrass, of Livingston was driving this 2006 Ford Focus east-bound on 190 East when another vehicle pulled off of Richardson Road East directly in front of him.
87 year old Etta Smith, of Livingston, was driving this 2010 Chevy Equinox when she pulled off Richardson Road East directly in front of Snodgrass and was T-boned.
Smith was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
