67 year old Larry Martin Hubbard, of New Caney, crashed this 2003 Lincoln Town Car at the intersection of FM-1988 South and FM-3126.
Driver Crashes Vehicle, 3 Teenage Girls Hospitalized, SWARTWOUT, October 12, 2016 - At approximately 10 pm on October 11, 2016, a silver 2003 Lincoln Town Car, driven by Larry Martin Hubbard, 67, of New Caney, was west-bound on FM-3126 (Near Lake Livingston State Park).  As Hubbard entered a curve that leads to FM-1988 South, he was apparently going too fast.  Hubbard lost control of his vehicle as it left the pavement to the right, struck and object that caused him to go airborne, and then came to rest back on the pavement on FM-1988 South at FM-3126.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department Heavy Rescue Unit, Deputy Billy Duke with the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Troopers Kyle Daniel and Allen Stanton with the Texas Highway Patrol.  Hubbard (who is a registered sex offender) had three teenaged girls in the car with him.  All three were transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.  Hubbard was not injured.  He was cited for unsafe speed.  A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered Hubbard's vehicle and it will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
