Motorcycle Crash on FM-3126, SCENIC LOOP, October 2, 2011 - At approximately 12:40 pm on October 2, 2011, a black 2009 Yamaha Raider driven by Anthony Restelli, 65, of Livingston, was west-bound on FM-3126 near Scenic Loop when his motorcycle reportedly hit a bump in the road causing his motorcycle to leave the road to the right.  Restelli's bike jumped a culvert and continued into the grass and rolled.  Restelli was ejected.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Sergeant Rob Thomas with the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Trooper Kevin Burman with the Texas Highway Patrol.  Restelli was transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.  Traffic was not blocked during investigation and cleanup.  According to Trooper Burman, no citations have been issued and the accident is still under investigation.  A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered Restelli's motorcycle and it will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.  The scene was cleared by 1:50 pm.

Anthony Restelli was arrested in December of 2009 for driving while intoxicated.
