24 year old Kalen Wayne Peters, of Onalaska entered a curve too fast and rolled this trailer and tractor.
Driver Rolls Trailer With Tractor, Alcohol Suspected, LIVINGSTON, September 29, 2016 - Shortly after 10 pm on September 28, 2016, Kalen Wayne Peters, 24, of Onalaska, was north-bound on the US-59 feeder and entered a curve (the 59 underpass by the Junior High School) too fast and ultimately lost control and rolled the trailer that he was pulling.  Peters had a tractor mounted on the trailer.  The trailer came to rest to the right of the pavement in the grass.  Sergeant Dallas Early and Officers Tito Reyes and Donald Dyson with Livingston Police Department were dispatched to investigate.  When Officers spoke with Peters, they sensed intoxication.  Officer Reyes conducted a field sobriety test on  Peters and placed him under arrest for driving while intoxicated.  Ken's Towing was summoned to clean up the mess.
