54 year old Leslie Milburn, of Diboll, was driving this 2015 Ford Fiesta and attempted a U-Turn on 59 and was slammed by another vehicle.
Accident Hospitalizes 2, SEVEN OAKS, September 25, 2019 - At approximately 8 pm on September 25, 2019, a black 2015 Ford Fiesta, driven by Leslie Cara Milburn, 54, of Diboll, was north-bound on US-59. Milburn decided to execute a U-Turn in the middle of the road just south of the Seven Oaks rest area. Her vehicle was broad sided by a black north-bound 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan, driven by Ignacio Serratos, 46, of Moscow. The impact caused Milburn's vehicle to slide into the center median. Serratos pulled to the right shoulder. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Troopers Allen Stanton and Chris Cain with the Texas Highway Patrol. Milburn and Serratos were physically okay, however, Serratos two passengers were both transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Milburn was cited for the unsafe turn. Both vehicles were recovered by Clifton Chevrolet out of Corrigan.
