This Chevy Suburban shows light damage after being grazed by another vehicle (allegedly driven by an intoxicated local youth).
17 Year Old Arrested for DWI After Striking Another Vehicle, LIVINGSTON, September 21, 2018 - At approximately 8:30 pm on September 21, 2018, the driver of a white Chevy Suburban was east-bound on US-190 West (left lane).  The Suburban was suddenly struck by an older model Ford Expedition, driven by Logan Dean Carson, 17, of Livingston.  Carson was east-bound in the right lane and veered into the Chevy.  The vehicles lightly brushed causing minor damage.  The two vehicles continued east-bound on 190 until they pulled onto Flores Road (next to Methodist Church across the street from Peters Tractor).  Sergeant Adam Norris with the Polk County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to the scene to investigate.  When Sergeant Norris spoke with Carson, he detected intoxication from alcohol.  Norris summoned Troopers Zach Lenderman and John Allen with the Texas Highway Patrol.  Trooper Lenderman administered a field sobriety test on Carson and placed Carson under arrest for driving while intoxicated.  Carson's vehicle was recovered Fawbush Wrecker and will be stored in Goodrich.
