Driver Rear Ends Vehicle, 1 Hospitalized, LIVINGSTON, September 11, 2015 - Shortly after 2 pm on September 11, 2015, a black Mitsubishi Lancer, driven by Denisha Jonae Henderson, 21, of Tyler, was north-bound on FM-350 South. Henderson apparently failed to notice a red Ford F-150 in front of her that was waiting to make a left turn into the Livingston High School parking lot. Henderson slammed the pickup from behind. The driver of the pickup, Leticia Ann Rodriguez, 40, of Livingston, pulled her pickup into the high school parking lot. Henderson's vehicle remained at the point of impact. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Officers Tito Reyes, Brandon Brewer, and Chad Lilley (all with Livingston PD). Henderson was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Rodriguez was physically okay. Henderson was cited for driving with an invalid license and no insurance (she may be facing other charges). Traffic on 350 was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup. A rollback wrecker from LakeView Towing recovered Henderson's vehicle and it will be stored in Livingston. Rodriguez's vehicle was driven from the scene.

Henderson slammed this Ford F-150 from behind. The Ford was driven by 40 year old Leticia Ann Rodriguez, of Livingston.
Henderson's vehicle was recovered by LakeView Towing.
