Elderly Couple Rolls Car, LIVINGSTON, September 10, 2009 - At approximately 11:20 am on September 10, 2009, a silver 2008 Buick LaCrosse driven by Clifford L. Haraway, 88, of Kennett, Missouri was north-bound on the feeder of US-59 in Livingston and drove under the overpass near Livingston Junior High School. Haraway went into the curve too fast and rolled his vehicle as he was coming out of the curve (south-bound side of 59). Livingston Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to the scene along with Livingston Police Officer Rob Atkins and Americare Ambulance Service. Haraway and his wife managed to crawled out from the wreckage and other than a few scratches, were okay. Traffic was not blocked as the accident was being investigated and cleared. Haraway had insurance. A rollback wrecker from Fawbush Wrecker Service recovered Haraway's vehicle and it will be stored at Fawbush in Livingston. The scene was cleared shortly before noon.
