54 year old Roger Wells' 2008 Mustang was totaled.
Two Hospitalized in Accident, SPRING CREEK, September 8, 2015 - Shortly before 1 pm on September 8, 2015, a black 2008 Ford Mustang, driven by Roger Maris Wells, 54, of Trinity, was west-bound on US-190 West.  As Wells was passing Walding Road, a white 2004 Toyota Tundra, driven by Beverly Sasser Bedyneck, 60, of Livingston, attempted a right turn from Walding road onto 190, but failed to yield to Wells.  The vehicles collided when Wells' vehicle broadsided  Bedyneck's vehicle.  Wells' vehicle came to rest in the pavement, while Bedyneck's rolled over the east-bound lanes of 190 and into the grass.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department and Troopers Darwon Evans, Corporal Ramey Bass, Trooper Donny Akers, and Trooper Allen Stanton (All with the Texas Highway Patrol).  Both Wells and Bedyneck were transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.  Bedyneck was cited for failure to yield right of way from a stop intersection.  Both vehicles were recovered by Ken's Towing.  Wells' vehicle will be stored at Pollock's Body Shop in Livingston while Bedyneck's vehicle will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
