Lunchtime Accident Hospitalizes 3, LIVINGSTON, August 5, 2018 - At approximately 12:20 pm on August 5, 2018, a white Chevy Colorado (SUV), driven by Cindy D. Parker, 53, of Woodville, was west-bound on 190 West (next to Wal-Mart).  As Parker was passing the west end entrance to Wal-Mart, an east-bound red Chevy Truck, driven by Laverne Rushing Urbanek, 80, of Onalaska, attempted a left turn (at the traffic light) into the parking lot directly in front of Parker.  The two vehicles collided.  According to witnesses, Parker had the green light.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department Heavy Rescue Unit, and Officers Kaleb Barker and Sergeant Ronnie Bogany with the Livingston Police Department.  Parker and her husband, and Urbanek were all transported by Ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.  Traffic on the west-bound side of 190 was blocked during investigation and cleanup.  Urbanek is likely facing a citation for failure to yield.  Both vehicles were recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
