Vehicle Rollover, Driver Ejected, LIVINGSTON, September 3, 2023 - At approximately 12 noon on September 3, 2023, a tan 2000 Toyota Camry was north-bound on the US-59 Feeder Road.  According to the driver, another vehicle exited off of 59 and forced him to leave the pavement to the right causing his vehicle to roll.  The driver, Mark Arenas, 23, of Livingston, was ejected during the rollover and landed on the concrete of the Catfish King Parking lot. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Sergeant Ronnie Bogany and Officer Scott Paske with the Livingston Police Department and were assisted by Corporal Ramey Bass with the Texas Highway Patrol.  Arenas was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  Traffic was not blocked during investigation and cleanup.  Arenas could be facing a citation for no seatbelt.  His vehicle was recovered by Smith Towing out of Livingston.
