Driver Falls Asleep, Rolls Pickup, URBANA, September 3, 2022 - Shortly before 1 am on September 3, 2022, a silver 2005 Toyota Tacoma pickup was north-bound on US-59. The driver fell asleep at the wheel as he was passing over the Trinity River Bridge. His pickup drifted into the guard rail. The driver woke, lost control and rolled his pickup in the middle of the bridge as it came to rest on its driver's side, blocking both lanes of traffic. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Deputies Justin Murdock and Kaleb Boyer. Troopers Lindley Clark, Johnny Wikerson, and Sean Barnes were dispatched to investigate. The driver, Marc Anthony Buenrostro, 23, of Henderson, was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. All traffic on the north-bound side of the bridge was blocked during investigation and cleanup. Buenrostro's vehicle was recovered by Pop's Recovery Service out of Livingston. No citations were issued.

23 year old Marc Anthony Buenrostro, of Henderson was driving this 2005 Toyota Tacoma when he fell asleep at the wheel and rolled his pickup on the north-bound side of the Trinity River Bridge.
The pickup was turned upright and recovered by Pop's Recovery Service out of Livingston.
