Trooper Chris Cain investigates an accident off FM-350 South.
Driver Crashes Through Fence off FM-350 South, LIVINGSTON, August 19, 2016 - At approximately 6:15 am on August 19, 2016, a Tan 2008 Nissan Sentra, driven by Sonja Wallace, 58, of Livingston, was south-bound on FM-350 South when her vehicle to the pavement to the right and crashed through a wooden fence at 1206 FM-350 South where her vehicle came to rest facing north.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched scene along with Corporal Mark Dubose with the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Trooper Chris Cain with the Texas Highway Patrol.  Wallace was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.  Traffic on 350 was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup.  The accident remains under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.  A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered Wallace's vehicle and it will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
