Motor Scooter Crash Hospitalizes Livingston Woman, LIVINGSTON, August 9, 2022 - At approximately 6:30 pm on August 9, 2022, a Vespa motor scooter, driven by Kimberly Burden, 38, of Livingston, was north-bound on FM-350 South when she lost control of her scooter and left the pavement to the right at Kate Lowe Road. The scooter turned over and Burden was ejected (she was wearing a helmet). Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Trooper Donny Akers with the Texas Highway Patrol. Burden was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with a possible broken collar bone. No citations were issued. Her motor scooter was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.

Burden was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital.
