57 year old Brian Daniels, of Livingston, was transported by ambulance to a landing zone on FM-2457 and flown to Conroe Regional Hospital.

Driver Jumps 3 Culverts, Crashes, Flown Out, BLANCHARD, August 9, 2020 - At approximately 9:35 am on August 9, 2020, a black 2016 Chevy Silverado, driven by Brian Daniels, 57, of Livingston, was westbound on FM-3126 (near Lake Livingston Village). For an unknown reason, Daniels' vehicle left the pavement to the left, jumped three culverts and finally came to rest in a ditch. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Scenic Loop Volunteer Fire Department, Deputies from the Polk County Sheriff's Office and, and Troopers Colton McQuilkin, John Allen, and Kevin Burman with the Texas Highway Patrol. Daniels was not wearing a seatbelt and sustained a head injury. Daniels was transported by ambulance to a landing zone (FM-2457 next to Blanchard Baptist Church) where a medical helicopter landed and transported him to Conroe Regional Hospital. Traffic on 3126 was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup. Daniels will be cited for unsafe speed and no seatbelt. Daniels' vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
