Driver Rolls Vehicle on FM-350 South, Alcohol Suspected, LIVINGSTON, August 7, 2010 - At approximately 2:30 am on August 8, 2010, a maroon Chevy Cavalier driven by Kristi Lynn Ishmael, 27, of Livingston, was south-bound of FM-350 South when her vehicle left the road to the right. Ishmael over-corrected to the left and rolled her vehicle 1 time. Ishmael's vehicle came to rest upright facing north on the shoulder of the north-bound lane. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Sergeant Christian Schanmier of the Sheriff's Office and Trooper Donny Akers with the Texas Highway Patrol. Ishmael was checked by EMS personnel and was determined to be physically okay. Trooper Akers administered a field sobriety test and placed Ishmael under arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. A rollback wrecker from Harwood Wrecker Service recovered Ishmael's vehicle and it will be stored at 101 Harwood Drive in Livingston. The scene was cleared by 3:21 am.
