Tyrrell Kelli, 40, of Tyler rolled her 2011 Lexus right into 2 legally parked 18 wheeler trailers.
Intoxicated Driver Rolls Lexus near SHECO, LIVINGSTON, August 6, 2012 - At approximately 11:40 am on August 6, 2012, a white 2011, Lexus GX460, driven by Tyrrell M. Kelli, 40, of Tyler, was east-bound on US-190 East near Sam Houston Electric Cooperative when her van the road to the right. According to Corporal Sam Lattner with the Texas Highway Patrol, Kelli's vehicle took out a road sign, drove into a large pile of gravel, swerved back left and slammed into a parked utility van, ricocheted off the utility van and swerved back right and rolled. Kelli's vehicle came to rest on its passenger's side (stopped by two 18 wheeler trailers that were parked). Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Deputy Rey Davalos with the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Corporal Sam Lattner, Darwon Evans, and Kevin Burman (all with the Texas Highway Patrol). According to witnesses who saw Kelli crash, she crawled out through the driver's side window grabbed what appeared to be baggie(s) (possibly containing drugs) and threw them into the woods. Kelli was treated and released at the scene by personnel from Americare. Investigating Officer, Corporal Sam Lattner conducted a field sobriety test on Kelli and placed her under arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. A glass pipe for smoking crack cocaine was pulled from the wreckage along with beer, and multiple bottles of prescription medication. Traffic was not blocked during investigation and cleanup. According to Corporal Lattner, Kelli has so far been charged with DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pending the investigation, Kelli may be facing other drug related charges. Kelli's vehicle was recovered by LakeView Wrecker Service and will be stored in Livingston. The scene was cleared before 1 pm.
Kelli climbed out through the driver's side door of the turned over vehicle.
During the accident, Kelli's vehicle bounced off this legally parked utility van.

After being cleared by EMS personnel from Americare, Corporal Sam Lattner immediately began a field sobriety test on Kelli.
A glass pipe for smoking crack, prescription pills, and beer were found in van's wreckage.
Kelli struggled in all phases of the field sobriety test.
When placed under arrest Kelli appeared to just laugh.
A rollback wrecker was used to turn the vehicle upright.
The glass pipe was broken in half. The other half was found on the driver's seat of the vehicle after the vehicle was turned upright.
When Kelli's van slammed into the trailers, one of the trailers sustained damage to its connectors.
