One Hospitalized In Multiple Rollover Accident, LIVINGSTON, August 3, 2011 - Just minutes after 12 noon on August 3rd, 2011, a black 2003 Ford Ranger driven by Mark Jessie, 32, of Livingston, was North bound on US-59 when his vehicle left the road to the left into the grassy median. Jessie's vehicle was about to enter the South bound lanes into oncoming traffic when Jessie cut his wheels right, causing his vehicle to roll two times, coming to rest upright in the grass. Passers by stopped to lend aid and pulled Jessie from his vehicle into their vehicle to calm him down and assist until emergency personnel from Americare Ambulance Service arrived. DPS Troopers David Morris and Corporal Sam Lattner were dispatched to investigate. Jessie was loaded onto an Ambulance and transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Traffic was not blocked during investigation and clean up. According to Trooper Morris no citations have been issued as the accident remains under investigation. Jessie had insurance. A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing came and recovered Jessie's Ford Ranger and it will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston. The scene was cleared by 12;45 p.m.
Mark Jessie's 2003 Ford Ranger rolled two times and came to rest upright.
Mark Jessie was loaded onto an Ambulance and transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.
Mark Jessie's vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing.
Houdini assisted in vehicle recovery.
