7 Hospitalized (2 by Life Flight) in DWI Accident, LIVINGSTON, August 1, 2010 - Shortly before midnight on July 31, 2010, a tan 1993 Ford Explorer driven by Danny Wayne Fuller, 39, of Livingston was east-bound on FM-2457 when his vehicle left the road to the right, took out a small utility pole and rolled one complete time. Fuller's vehicle came to rest upright facing north in the weeds. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Scenic Loop Fire Department, Sergeant Christian Schanmier and Deputies Vance Berry, Randy Turner and Darren Crow and Corporal Sam Lattner with the Texas Highway Patrol. Fuller had 6 passengers. All six passengers were hospitalized including a 15 and 16 year old girl both of whom were flown to Houston with serious injuries. The other 5 occupants (including Fuller) were transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Traffic was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup. Danny Fuller has been charged with 6 counts of intoxication assault and has also cited for no insurance. A rollback wrecker from Harwood Wrecker Service recovered Fuller's vehicle and it will be stored at 101 Harwood Drive in Livingston. The scene was cleared by 1:20 am.
