Torres' vehicle remained upright, both were sitting in the middle of the road. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department, Sheriff Byron Lyons, and Troopers Nick Hatton and Lindley Clark with the Texas Highway Patrol.
