UPDATE FROM FRIDAY'S ROLLOVER ACCIDENT: The names have been released regarding the single vehicle rollover accident that occurred late Friday afternoon (07/28/23). The driver, Lupe Sanchez, 33, of Livingston, was south-bound on US-59 bypass in Livingston. Sanchez's vehicle left the pavement to the right, proceeded through the grass, crossed the feeder and rolled coming to rest on the driver's side in the weeds on the right side of the feeder road just north of Premier Autoplex. One passenger, Bianca Cruz, 29, of Livingston, was flown by medical helicopter to Kingwood Hospital. Sanchez and the other passengers (small children), were transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston with minor injuries.

Vehicle Rolls, 1 Person Flown, LIVINGSTON, July 28, 2023 - At approximately 5:30 pm on July 28, 2023, a white SUV (driver's name not yet released) was south-bound on the US-59 Bypass in Livingston. For some reason, the vehicle left the pavement to the right, crossed the feeder, and left the feeder to the right and rolled. The vehicle came to rest on its driver's side in the weeds (just north of Premier Autoplex). Ambulances from Allegiance Ambulance Service and Acute Medical Services were dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Depart, and Officers from Livingston Police Department lead by Sergeant Chris Simmons. There were multiple children in the vehicle, and one young person (female) was flown. Others were transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital.
