Driver Crashes, Hospitalized, Marijuana Found, MOSCOW, July 24, 2018 - At approximately 11:30 am on July 24, 2018, a black 1993 Honda Accord, driven by Angel Dios Enrique, 34, of Moscow, was north-bound on US-59 in Moscow. For some reason Enrique's vehicle left the pavement to the left. Enrique over corrected right and left the pavement to the right. His vehicle continued through the grass and impacted several trees along a property fence line. Enrique was ejected and landed in the grass. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Troopers Nick Hatton, Donny Akers, Ahslee White, and Darwon Evans with the Texas Highway Patrol. Enrique was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. During investigation, a baggie containing marijuana was pulled from the wreckage of Enrique's vehicle. Intoxication is suspected. Pending toxicology reports, Enrique may be facing the charge of driving while intoxicated. Additionally, Enrique is likely facing citations for failure to maintain a lane of traffic and no seatbelt. His vehicle was recovered by Riley Wrecker Service out of Corrigan.
