21 year old Ashton Allen Smith, of Livington was allegedly jumping a makeshift ramp on Floydene Road when he crashed and sustained serious injuries.
Dirt Bike Crash Gets Young Man Flown to Conroe, BLANCHARD, July 21, 2019 - According to witnesses, at approximately 5:40 pm on July 21, 2019, Ashton Allen Smith, 21, of Livingston, was attempting to jump a makeshift ramp on a 1983 Honda dirt bike, near the end of Floydene Street (off Chris Brent Road). Smith crashed and was thrown from his bike. Smith sustained serious injuries (including what appeared to be a broken right femur). Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Scenic Loop Volunteer Fire Department, and Troopers Zach Lenderman and Chris Cain with the Texas Highway Patrol. Smith was transported by ambulance to a nearby landing zone set up on FM-2457. He was flown to Conroe Regional Hospital. Smith's dirt bike was recovered by friends. This incident remains under investigation by the Texas Highway Patrol.

Smith was thrown from his bike and sustained serious injuries.
Among other things, Smith sustained a broken right leg.
Troopers Zach Lenderman and Chris Cain assisted EMS personnel with Smtih.
Smith was transported by ambulance to a landing zone set up on FM-2457 (next to Blanchard Baptist Church).
Smith was flown to Conroe Regional Hospital.
