Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Alabama Coushatta Volunteer Fire Department, the Alabama Coushatta Police Department, Sergeant David Ramsey with the Polk County Sheriff's Office, and Trooper Kevin Burman with the Texas Highway Patrol. Ahmed's 10 year old daughter was transported to a nearby baseball field where a medical helicopter landed and transported her to Houston. Ahmed was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital. Traffic on 190 was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup. During a vehicle inventory, synthetic marijuana was found in the truck along with drug paraphernalia.
