North Houston at Feagin shortly after 9 pm on Wednesday (07/10/19).
Trucks Collide, 2 Hospitalized, LIVINGSTON, July 11, 2019 - At approximately 8:50 pm on July 10, 2019, a gray 2019 Ford pickup, driven by Arturo Dominguez, 45, of Livingston, was north-bound on North Houston. As Dominguez was approaching the intersection of Feagin Street, a tan 2008 Dodge pickup, driven by John Christopher Glass, 45, of Livingston, pulled directly in front of Dominguez from East Feagin (west bound). Dominguez's pickup slammed into the back half of Glass' pickup. The impact spun Glass' vehicle around facing east. Dominguez's vehicle came to rest on the left side of the road, against a telephone pole. Officer Brandon Brewer with Livingston Police Department drove up on the wreck. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene. Brewer was quickly joined by fellow officers Sergeant Chad Ward and Donald Dyson. Both Glass and Dominguez were transported to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital (Glass by ambulance, Dominguez by private vehicle). Glass was cited for failure to yield, no driver's license, and open container of alcohol. Both vehicles were recovered by Fawbush Wrecker Service.
