Driver Rolls Pickup, Alcohol Suspected, LIVINGSTON, July 6, 2022 - Shortly before 2 pm on July 7, 2022, a black 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup, driven by Robert Cuherpin, 71, of Livingston, was south-bound on FM-350 North (less than a mile from US-190 West). Cuherpin left the pavement to the right and rolled his pickup as it can to rest on it's driver's side facing east. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Troopers Nick Hatton and Johnny Wilkerson with the Texas Highway Patrol. Cuherpin was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital as a precautionary measure, but is suspected of being intoxicated. A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered the pickup and it will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston. Cuherpin may be facing the charge of driving while intoxicated. This accident remains under investigation by the Texas Highway Patrol.
71 year old Robert Cuherpin, of Livingston, was driving this 2002 Dodge pickup south-bound on FM-350 North when he left the pavement to the right and rolled his pickup.
Alcohol is suspected in this accident and Cuherpin may be facing the charge of driving while intoxicated.
Cuherpin's vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing.
