Office Scott Paske with Livingston Police Department investigates.
Cars Collide on Matthews Street, LIVINGSTON, June 25, 2013 - At approximately 10:20 am on June 25, 2013, a red 2007 Ford Mustang driven by Gloria Aleman, 28, of Moss Hill was west-bound on Matthews Street. Aleman's vehicle was suddenly slammed in the rear driver's side by a east-bound brown 2004 Chrysler Sebring driven by Allysa Michelle Chilton, 20, of Goodrich. The collision spun Aleman's vehicle around into the grass while Chilton's vehicle came to rest in the roadway. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Officer Scott Paske with Livingston Police Department. Fortunately, nobody was injured. According to investigating officer, Scott Paske, Chilton was traveling too fast and left her lane of traffic entering Aleman's lane and slamming Aleman's vehicle. Chilton was cited for failure to maintain a single lane of traffic and failure to control speed. Both vehicles were recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
