Editor's Note: I showed up on this scene and was taken aback by the conduct of bystanders that were harassing the police. The police were forced to put police tape around the scene to keep order as they were rushed twice by bystanders who would not stand back while police investigated the accident. Sheriff's Deputies came to the scene to help the police keep order.
