FM-2665 on the east-side of Copeland Creek
Logging Truck Rolls on FM-2665, GOODRICH, May 30, 2013 -  At approximately 7:20 am on May 30, 2013, a loaded logging truck driven by Hiram Henderson, 58, of Livingston, was east-bound on FM-2665.  When Henderson crossed the bridge over Copeland Creek he apparently lost control of his rig.  The rig turned over losing its load of logs and slid down the embankment on the right side of the pavement.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Deputy Mark Dubose and Corporal Ramey Bass with the Texas Highway Patrol.  Henderson was pulled from his wrecked cab and transported by ambulance to Livingston Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  According to Corporal Bass, Henderson was cited for unsafe speed.  A crew from TXDOT arrived to help clear the road.  At time of press (9:45 am), a heavy duty wrecker service has been summoned and the accident is still being cleared.
