First State Bank located at 2300 190 West in Livingston on Wednesday early in the afternoon.
Driver Crashes Into Bank Building, LIVINGSTON, May 22, 2024 - Shortly before 12 noon on May 22, 2024, the driver of a green 2005 Infiniti QX56, appeared to have attempted to pull into the a parking spot at the front side of the bank when she apparently accidentally pressed the gas rather than the brake. Her car jumped the sidewalk and crashed into the First State Bank Building on 190 West at FM-350 South. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Police Department. The driver, Constance E. McNabb, 60, of Livingston, was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Citations could be pending. McNabb's car was recovered by LakeView Wrecker Service and will be stored in Livingston. This accident remains under investigation by the Livingston Police Department.
