3 Year Old Girl Flown from Major Accident on FM-350 South, LIVINGSTON, May 22, 2010 - At approximately 10:28 am on May 22, 2010, a white 2006 Ford Escape driven by Beverly Renee Hall, 25, of Livingston, was south-bound on FM-350 South. According to Hall, a red 4 door car that was also south-bound behind her attempted to pass her. Hall's vehicle came to rest on the passenger's side facing north on the left side of 350. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department, Deputy Mike Nettles, and DPS Troopers Corporal Sam Lattner, Kevin Burman, Darwon Evans, and Sergeant Nita Bowen. Hall and her 4 year old son were physically okay, however, her 3 year old daughter (who was not fastened into a child's car seat) sustained major head injuries. The child was driven to Livingston Municipal airport where a PHI Air Medical helicopter landed and transported her to Hermann Hospital in Houston. According to Hall, the alleged red car fled the scene. Hall did have insurance. Hall's vehicle was recovered by a rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing and will be stored at Pollock's Body Shop in Livingston. The scene was cleared by 11:30 am.
