Witnesses said Flores was weaving all over the road at a high rate of speed.
Lunchtime Roll Over Accident on 1988, LIVINGSTON, May 22, 2008 - At approximately 12 noon on May 22, 2008, a roll over accident occurred on Highway 1988 close to Peebles Cemetery. A tan colored 1999 Ford F-150 V8 driven by Alberto Flores, 37, with Oklahmoa license plates, was west bound on 1988 and according to witnesses was driving well over 70 mph and weaving all over the road. Flores lost control of his vehicle and went off the road to the right and rolled over. DPS Trooper Glen Goodwin was dispatched to the scene of the accident. There was a heavy smell of alcohol coming from inside the flipped over truck and there were beer cans and a case of beer in the cab of the truck. The west bound lane of the two lane highway was blocked as emergency personnel from Americare Ambulance service had arrived and were working on Flores. Flores was transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital by Americare Ambulance service. A rollback wrecker from Lakeview Wrecker Service arrived at the scene to tow Flores' totaled vehicle. At time of press, it is not known if Flores had insurance or if he was issued a citation as Trooper Goodwin is still investigating.
