A large bottle of whiskey was pulled from the truck (over halfway empty).
Driver Rolls Vehicle, Alcohol Suspected, SCENIC LOOP, May 17, 2011 - At approximately 3:25 am on May 17, 2011, a tan 1999 Chevy S10 driven by Stephan Murray Baker, 24, of Cleveland, was east-bound on FM-3277 when his vehicle left the road to the left and rolled. Baker's vehicle came to rest upright in the parking lot of Scenic Loop Grocery. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Scenic Loop Volunteer Fire Department, Deputy Troy Binford and DPS Trooper Ramey Bass. Baker admitted to drinking around half of a large bottle of whiskey prior to driving. Emergency personnel treated Baker at the scene for head injuries and transported him to Livingston Memorial Hospital. Traffic was not blocked during investigation and cleanup. According to Trooper Bass, Stephan Baker is facing a possible charge of driving while intoxicated. Bass also pointed out the accident is still under investigation. A rollback wrecker from LakeView Towing recovered Baker's vehicle and it will be stored in Livingston. The scene was cleared by 5:10 am.
