2 Vehicle Accident Hospitalizes 2, SWARTWOUT, May 11, 2018 - At approximately 6:10 pm on May 11, 2018, a green 2013 Jeep Wrangler, driven by Felicia Marie Underwood, 24, of Coldspring, was west-bound on FM-1988 (near FM-3126). As Underwood was about to pass FM-3126, a white 1999 GMC Yukon, driven by Christian Lashell Bolton, 24, of Livingston, pulled off of FM-3126 and directly in front of Underwood. Underwood's vehicle broad sided Bolton's on the driver's side. The impact pushed Bolton's vehicle off the road and into the grass, while Underwood's vehicle spun around facing south. Americare and Texan EMS Ambulance Services were dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department, and Trooper Darwon Evans with the Texas Highway Patrol. Both Underwood and Bolton were transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Traffic at the intersection was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup. Bolton was cited for failure to yield. A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered both vehicles and they'll be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
