18 year old Seth Anthony Sullivan, of Livingston, was north-bound on Tom Cummings Road and left the pavement to the right.
Driver Slams Into Tree, 3 Hospitalized, SODA, May 11, 2015 - At approximately 4:30 pm on May 11, 2015, an older model Chevy pickup driven by Seth Anthony Sullivan, 18, of Livingston, was north-bound on Tom Cummings Road (about a mile south of 190 East). For some reason, Sullivan's pickup left the road to the right and struck a large tree. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Troopers Allen Stanton and Barret Duren with the Texas Highway Patrol. Sullivan and his two passengers sustained undisclosed injuries and were transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital. Trooper Stanton cited Sullivan for unsafe speed, no insurance, and expired registration. Sullivan's vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrsion Body Shop in Livingston.
Sullvan's steering wheel was bent back after he impacted it from the collision.
