21 year old Meagan Garner's 2005 Honda Accord was Totaled when it rolled (possibly multiple times).
Driver Rolls Vehicle, Alcohol Suspected, LIVINGSTON, May 10, 2014 - Shortly before 4 am on May 10, 2014, Sergeant Darrell Newman and Officer Dallas Early (both with Livingston Police Department) were dispatched to a single vehicle accident. The car, a silver 2005 Honda Accord driven by Meagan Chyianne Garner, 21, of Livingston, was south-bound on US-146 when she veered from the south-bound lanes across the north-bound lanes and continued off the pavement. Her vehicle struck a culvert causing it to roll multiple times. At some point, Garner was ejected from her vehicle. Her vehicle came to rest upright in front of a house a 1409 Highway 146 (just north of Little Britches Daycare). Meagan Garner came to rest a short distance from her vehicle in a front yard. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Officers Newman and Early. Alcoholic beverage was found in her vehicle. Garner was treated at the scene and transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Traffic was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup. A rollback wrecker from LakeView Wrecker Service recovered Garner's vehicle and it will be stored in Livingston.
Garner is cared for by medical personnell a short distance from her vehicle. She was ejected when her vehicle rolled (car partially visible at left).
The accident was investigated by Sergeant Darrell Newman and Officer Dallas Early (both with Livingston PD).
Alcohol is suspected as a possible contributing factor.
Garner's vehicle was recovered by LakeView Wrecker Service.
