Livingston Volunteer Firemen work to free 42 year old Sabra Marie Glenn in a muddy median near Pedigo Park on Tuesday morning (05/03).
Three Vehicle Accident, Driver Entrapment, LIVINGSTON, May 3, 2016 - Shortly after 8 am on May 3, 2016, a black 2010 Honda sedan driven by Sabra Marie Glenn, 42, of Lufkin, was south-bound on the US-59 feeder road (next to Pedigo Park). Glenn apparently had medical issues and blacked out. Her vehicle struck a black Ford F-150 pickup (driven by Foster Bullock, 67 of Livingston) that was entering the entrance ramp onto 59. That collision caused Bullock's vehicle to strike a south-bound 18 wheeler. Glenn's vehicle came to rest in the median separating 59 S from the feeder. Bullock's vehicle went through the median back onto the feeder and came to rest on the shoulder, and the 18 wheeler (driven by Roberto Figueroa, 47, of Waldron, Arkansas) pulled to the shoulder of the highway. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department Heavy Rescue Unit, and Officers Scott Paske, Kevin Ward, and Sergeant Ronnie Bogany with Livingston Police Department. Glenn was trapped in her vehicle. Firemen used the Jaws-of-Life to cut the door off Glenn's vehicle and free her. She was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Bullock drove himself to CHI for precautionary reasons and Figueroa was physically okay. Traffic was not blocked during investigation and cleanup. The accident remains under investigation by Livingston Police Department. Glenn's vehicle was recovered by LakeView Towing and will be stored in Livingston. The other two vehicles were driven from the scene.
