FM-3126 at Tigerville Park shortly after 12 noon (04/19/21)
Accident Takes Life of Livingston Woman, SCENIC LOOP, April 19, 2021 - At approximately 12:04 pm on April 19, 2021, a tan 1998 Chevy pickup, driven by Louise Stockton Davis, 75, of Livingston, was west-bound on FM-3126. Davis slowed down and attempted a left turn into a private drive that enters Tigerville Park. When Davis turned left, she was broad sided by a 2000 Ford F-250 driven by Lon Steven Treannie, 59, of Livingston. Treannie was also west-bound directly behind Davis and attempted to pass her just as she made her left turn. The accident occurred in a no passing zone. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Deputies Rey Davlos and Marcus Bailey with the Polk County Sheriff's Office, Scenic Loop Volunteer Fire Department and Trooper Colton McQuilkin with the Texas Highway Patrol. Treannie happens to be an EMT and immediately tried to help Davis and summoned help. Davis was rushed by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital where she passed away shortly after arrival. Justice of the Peace, Jamie Richardson performed an inquest. Davis' vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston. Treannie's vehicle was recovered by Kwik Tow out of Cut N Shoot. This accident remains under investigation by the Texas Highway Patrol.

75 year old Louise Stockton Davis, of Livingston, was driving the pickup on the right (1998 Chevy), and was broad sided by a 2000 Ford F-150 (left) driven by Lon Steven Treannie, 59, of Livingston.
Trooper Colton Mcquikin is the accident investigator.
Davis' vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing.
