Driver Rolls Truck on FM-350 South, LIVINGSTON, April 19, 2010 - Shortly before 7 am on April 19, 2010, a green 2002 Toyota Tacoma driven by Daniel Clements, 37, of Livingston, was south-bound on FM-350 South when his truck left the road to the left, struck a culvert and rolled. The truck came to rest upside down facing south. Livingston Volunteer Fire Department Heavy Rescue Unit was dispatched along with Americare Ambulance Service, DPS Trooper Donny Akers, Officer Chad Ward and Sergeant Ronnnie Bogany both with Livingston Police Department. Emergency personnel were able to remove Clements from his vehicle as EMS personnel treated him at the scene and then transported him to Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Clements was allegedly on his way to work at the I.A.H. Detention Facility. Traffic on 350 South was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup. Clements did have insurance. According to Officer Ward, no citations have been issued as the accident is under investigation. A wrecker from Harwood Wrecker Service recovered Clements' vehicle and it will be stored at 101 Harwood Drive in Livingston. The scene was cleared by 8 am.
