Bryan Belveal of Livingston faces DWI charges and possibly drug charges.

Intoxicated Driver Runs Truck Into Ditch, LIVINGSTON, April 18, 2009 - Shortly after 1 am on April 18, 2009, DPS Troopers Kevin Burman and David Morris drove upon a black 2007 Chevy Silverado that appeared to have been west-bound on US-190 West.  The driver of the vehicle, Bryan Lee Belveal, 32, of Livingston had his truck run off the road and into a drainage area by a large culvert where his pickup was stuck.  I appeared that Belveal was attempting to turn into Buster McNutty's and missed the driveway causing him to pull down into the drainage area.  Trooper Burman found in his possession a pill bottle containing over 70 pills with different colors and numbers inscribed on the pills.  An ambulance arrived and Belveal was transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital to be checked out.  Belveal possibly faces charges of driving while intoxicated and possibly other drug charges.  One lane of traffic was blocked on 190 as the truck was being recovered by Harrison's Body Shop in Livingston where it will be stored.  The scene was cleared by about 1:50 am.

DPS Trooper David Morris inventories the pills found in Belveal's possession.
Editor's Note:  I had pictures of the truck that was stuck in the ditch, but when I unloaded the pics from my camera to the file on an external hard drive, at some point the folder that the pics were stored in became corrupted and I cannot retrieve the rest of the pictures.  I apologize.
