23 year old Gregory Deveon Gardner, was driving this 2012 Infiniti south on FM-350 South. Gardner attempted a left turn and was struck by another vehicle coming from behind him.
2 Vehicle Accident, 1 Person Flown, TEMPE CREEK, April 10, 2022 - At approximately 8:05 pm on April 10, 2022, a silver 2012 Infiniti G37, driven by Gregory Deveon Gardner, 23, of Livingston, was south-bound on FM-350 South. Gardner slowed to make a left turn into Lake Area Mobile Home Park. Just as Gardner was making his left turn, a south-bound red 2009 Pontiac G5, driven by Steven Jennings Ormsbee, 38, of Livingston, attempted to pass Gardner. Ormsbee slammed into the driver's side of Gardner with a glancing blow. The impact caused Ormsbee's vehicle to leave the pavement to the left and continue into small wooded area. Gardner pulled into the parking lot. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department Heavy Rescue Unit, and Troopers Cotye Lowrie and Donny Akers with the Texas Highway Patrol. Ormsbee was pinned in his vehicle with injuries. Volunteer firemen used the Jaws-of-Life to cut the door off of Ormsbee's car to get to him. Ormsbee was transported by ambulance to Livingston Municipal Airport where a Life Flight Helicopter landed and transported him to Hermann Hospital. Gardner was not injured. Traffic on 350 South was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup. Ormsbee was cited for passing to the left when unsafe. Gardner was cited for no driver's license. Ormsbee's vehicle was recovered by Fawbush Wrecker and will be stored in Livingston. Gardner's vehicle was recovered by a friend.

38 year old Steven Jennings Ormsbee, of Livingston, was pinned in his vehicle with injuries.
Ormsbee was transported by ambulance to Livingston Municipal Airport where a Life Flight helicopter flew him to Hermann Hospital.
